RIYADH, KSA - December 7th, 2009. Saudi Telecom Systems (SAT), owner of Saudi Networkers Services Group (SNS), a MENA leader in advanced telecom wireless network services and solutions, announced today the total completion of its acquisition of Bayader Al Aryaf Telecommunication System Company ( BATCO), BATCO a Saudi based wireless network service provider.
BATCO brings to SNS Group vast experiences in Civil and Telecom Full Turnkey Services as well as In-Building Solutions. BATCO is a top ranked services provider to the wireless operators and main vendors.
SNS Group is now focusing on completing the integration of its Saudi SNS operations and BATCO operations under the new name "SNSBATCO". The aim of this integration that is due to complete by the end of this year is to leverage its operations services portfolios and organizational synergies within KSA.
The addition of BATCO to SNS Group in the MENA region will furthers expand the current services offering as well as service delivery of Turnkey Project models. Managed Services and pooled capacity. This acquisition allows SNS Group to augment its already broad set of experienced engineering resources and retain the most extensive set of intellectual capital in 2G, 3G, WiMAX, IBS and new wireless technologies.
