Saudi Networkers Services (“SNS”, “company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “organization”) respects your right to data privacy. In this Notice “You” or “Your” refers to the data subject whose personal data is obtained and processed by SNS.

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) provides information about how SNS handles personal information about you and describes the rights you may have regarding your personal information. This Notice applies to SNS and its online and offline collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and has been issued in compliance to the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (19) dated 9/2/1443 AH, according to the international standards.

SNS has an obligation to preserve the confidentiality and privacy of the user’s data and information.

SNS shall not collect, process or disclose any personal data or information except in accordance with the specific controls provided in the instructions governing the confidentiality of information issued by the regulatory authorities in the Kingdom like PDPL and NDMO, including all amendments applicable to them from time to time.

Any personal data or information categorized as sensitive shall be collected, processed and retained in line with the guidelines provided by laws and regulations of the NDMO and PDPL.

• The Arabic language is adopted in implementing this policy’s terms. In the event of a dispute in interpreting any text in any other language, the text written in Arabic shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection, Processing & Disclosures

1. When does SNS Collect Personal Information About You
This information is collected when you request our services through any of SNS’ business development channel including but not limited to our website or email, including the terms in which your personal information is shared by members within SNS.
We will only collect and use your personal data in accordance with the requirements of KSA’s PDPL.

2. What Types of Personal Information does SNS Collect and Retain
When you request our services, we collect information to help identify and contact you, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, physical address, telephone number (landline and/or mobile) and ID number. If we create a customer account, we will collect basic personal information, contact data, date of birth and national identity information to provide you with our services.
When you visit our site, we collect information about the device you use to access our online services. This includes device ID and browser details while using our online services.
We collect your IP address and information related to that IP address, such as geographical information and domain information.
We collect different types of personal information about you from various sources. Described below the categories of personal information we may have collected through different sources.

· National ID, Iqama Number

3. How We Collect Your Personal Data
· When you directly provide your Personal Data to us.
· When we collect and verify your Personal Data from other sources. such as, licensed credit bureaus, regulatory bodies, public entity, financial and regulatory authorities.
· In some cases, we collect certain data based on your Consent, which ensures that we use your data only in ways that you agreed to.

Purpose for Collecting & Processing Personal Information

We process your personal data in accordance with the PDPL based on the following legal grounds:
· Consent: When you have explicitly consented to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose.
· Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
· Legal Obligation: Where we are required by law to process your data.
· Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention or enhancing security, provided those interests do not conflict with your rights under the PDPL.
· To verify your identity and create an account.
· To prevent fraud and unauthorized disclosures of your personal information.
· To record and demonstrate how we have conducted the dispute and complaint resolution process and arrived at a resolution.
· For product development and research, and for any purpose subject to the limitations set forth in this Notice and applicable laws incumbent upon SNS.

How Long Does SNS Keep Personal Information?

We will keep your information for as long as we need it for the business, legal, and regulatory purposes it is being processed for in line with laws and regulations of NDMO and PDPL.
We will actively review the information we hold and delete/remove it securely when there is no longer a legal, business, or regulatory need for it to be retained.

How do we store your Personal Data?

Your personal data is securely stored in the technical assets of SNS hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is disposed of once the purpose for which it was collected is completed in a secure manner that prevents access or retrieval.
SNS takes necessary measures to secure the personal data it holds to ensure protection from loss, unauthorized access, misuse, or unauthorized modification and disclosure.

With whom does SNS share Your Personal Information?

SNS shares your personal information with different member organizations (third parties) to whom you consent to disclose your personal data. Prior to sharing personal data with these member organizations, we review the services performed by such member organizations and require that the member organizations keep personal data confidential and secure and not use it for any purpose except for performing the agreed upon services.

We may share personal data with third parties to comply with valid legal requirements such as Saudi law, regulations, search warrants, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.

Your Rights under PDPL

Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, the owners of personal data are entitled to the below rights. However, the rights to the data subject shall be disbursed in accordance with the regulatory and legal obligations incumbent upon SNS .
· Right to request information on the processing activities carried out with their personal data.
· Right to request access to their personal data.
· Right to request correction, updating, or completion of their personal data.
· Right to request erasure of personal data in specific cases.
· Right to withdraw consent in specific cases.
